Buyer understands it is legally bound to pay for this item and is purchasing the item "as is with all faults" in its present condition and at the item's current location. Hour meter readings and mileages are unverified information and the accuracy of such is not guaranteed. Buyer shall be responsible for any and all taxes, shipping costs, and shipping or delivery arrangements. Bankable Asset Solutions will assist when possible but will not be responsible for loading or unloading equipment. Buyer shall hold Bankable Asset Solutions harmless from any injury or damage to the item caused by anything other than Bankable Asset Solutions intentional or negligent acts or omissions.
Buyer understands and expressly agrees any statements or representations concerning the value, condition or quality, useful life, or use of the item made by Bankable Asset Solutions to the buyer is simply opinion, not statements of fact, and do not create any promise, warranty, or guarantee for the buyer's benefit. Bankable Asset Solutions will strive for conditional transparency on all items for sale but it is the duty of the buyer to physically inspect the item prior to auction close, buyer can do so by scheduling an appointment with Bankable Asset Solutions. It is not the responsibility of Bankable Asset Solutions to physically inspect the item on behalf of the purchaser. To the extent allowed under law, Buyer is responsible for any and all collection costs resulting from noncompliance of any of these terms, including but not limited to court costs and attorney fees. Unless otherwise indicated, all notices concerning the auction process shall be sent to the email address used when registering bidding rights with Auctiontime.com
Contact for payment should be made within 24 hours from the close of the auction unless otherwise negotiated between the buyer and seller.

Notice: Please call our logistics department at 207-332-9144 at least 24 hours in advance to coordinate loading. Failure to notify us will result in $200 work in fee. Customer-arranged shipping will be subject to a $50 per day storage fee after 10 days from the auction close date.
